ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH conducts regular working committee meetings and training for the further education of human resources decision-makers.

Furthermore, the human resources decision-makers provide for the execution of all occupational medical health examinations (G examinations) which are meaningful for the corresponding workplace.
