Contract Management

We offer:

• Framework Agreements
  A framework agreement is concluded between the client company and ARWA as a staffing service provider. This agreement can apply nationwide to all client locations and ARWA branches or only to specific locations. The advantage is that individual client locations do not need separate contracts with our branches, as everything is regulated under the framework agreement. This type of contract allows for highly customized client solutions.

• Master Vendor Agreements
  A framework agreement is in place between the client company and ARWA. ARWA acts as the master vendor, representing the client and concluding co-supplier agreements with other staffing agencies. The advantage for the client is that ARWA handles all coordination with other staffing providers, eliminating the need for client involvement.

• Co-Supplier Agreements
  Co-supplier agreements are contracts between two staffing agencies (master vendor and co-supplier) for a client company. The co-suppliers primarily communicate with the master vendor rather than the client, reducing the client’s administrative workload.

• Outsourcing Agreements
  Outsourcing refers to the delegation of business tasks and structures to external service providers. It is a specific form of outsourcing a service that was previously performed internally, with contracts defining the duration and scope of the outsourced service.

• Inhouse Management
  Within in-house management, ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH provides employees with shortened communication channels. The ARWA office and a dedicated contact person are located on-site at your premises. This ensures quick response times for urgent staffing needs, active support in workforce planning based on demand analyses, and personal employee support.

• On-Site Agreements
  In on-site management, ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH provides your company with a coordinator for temporary staffing (AÜG). This designated employee coordinates new hires, shift planning, and employee safety briefings in collaboration with the client company.
