ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH offers its customers the greatest possible degree of security when using flexible employees. Potential liability risks (subsidiary liability / SGV [German Social Security Code] IV Sec 28e) for fur user undertakings are excluded by the respective up-to-date clearance certificates from health insurance companies, the Administrative Professions Organisation and the competent tax office which are required for this purpose.

Valid confirmation of the customary employer’s liability insurance is available.

The independent Institut für Zahlungssicherheit (IZS, Institute of Payment Security) checks with all health insurance schemes to which we submit contribution statements that all contributions which are due have been properly paid. The same applies for contributions to the employers’ liability insurance association and the currency of the employee leasing license.
